National Statistical Institute (INEGI, Instituto Nacional de
Estadística Geografía e Informática) reports:
In December,
the personnel employed in the maquiladora export industry rose by
0.3% compared to the same month last year and the hours
worked in that sector increased by
0.9% over the same period.
